Cozymel’s Mexican Restaurant in San Diego

I have been to this restaurant a few times. The best part of the restaurant is probably the atmosphere. The inside decor is really nice. Exactly what one would expect from a Mexican eatery. The lighting is great too. A little dim, but sufficient so that you can see what you are eating. The margaritas are great. Ditto the chips and salsa (mind you, it isn’t Chevy’s quality, but I like it.) The restaurant has nice large booths which is my favorite kind of table in a restaurant setting. If I had to rate the food, I would say it is good quality, although, not my favorite among the Mexican restaurants I’ve been too. All in all, I recommend Cozymel’s. It is worth a try.
