. This is one out of about 12 restaurant locations in Southern California and Nevada. The specialty is as the name indicates, wood fired pizzas. And let me tell you, they are delicious. I usually order the pepperoni pizza. This is in part due to me not being a very experimental person, but also in part because it is so good. I also like the salads. You have the choice of ordering an individual salad or one of their giant bowls which serves 4. The Caesar salad is wonderful. On the menu you’ll also find soups, pasta, and of course dessert. The pizzas are on the small size. They will serve 2-3 people depending on if you get one or two additional items. I highly recommend this restaurant.
