The Best Massage Therapist in San Diego
I was in San Diego this weekend and I had the most amazing massage from a licensed massage therapist. I have probably had over 50 massages during the past 10 years and from more than 15 different massage therapists. This one was different in a very good way. This was no foo-foo massage. This was deep tissue massage. This therapist was essentially re-teaching the muscles to do what they are supposed to do. Where my muscles are short and tight, he worked on stretching them by the use of very slow and controlled massage movements. It was never uncomfortable, but it was very deep massage. After the massage, I felt amazing. I had better range of motion in my neck. It wasn’t perfect, but it was much better than when I arrived for the massage. Besides his incredible skill-level (did I mention that he is an instructor at one of the massage schools in San Diego?), I also liked the fact that he did not talk during the massage. He was concentrating on his job. Josh Maka is the name of the therapist. He currently does not have his own massage studio, but is renting space at someone else’s business. Therefore, I will give his phone number where you can reach him, if you happen to be in San Diego and want the best massage. He charges $100 per hour. It was well-worth the money.
